Class experience
US Grade 6 - 9
This semester-long course meets once a week for 12 weeks. Class meets every Monday evening 6:30PM EST for 45 minutes starting October 2nd, 2023 going until December 18th, 2023. This course provides in-depth instruction of objectives that are needed to be successful in Algebra. Everything taught in this course will help prepare students for higher levels of Math. Students will learn how to solve linear equations, how to solve linear inequalities, how to graph linear functions, how to write linear functions, how to write and solve systems of linear equations, exponential functions, polynomial equations and factoring, how to graph quadratic functions, how to solve quadratic functions, and statistics.
I taught high school Algebra for 2 years, and I have privately tutored in Algebra for a year and a half.
Homework Offered
Students will be given 10 problems for homework that are due the next time class meets.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
There will be a cumulative assessment the last week of class that will check for understanding of every topic.Grades Offered
