Class Experience We will read through and discuss different literary themes of Wings of Fire, as well as look into the actual mythological lore of some of the monsters are based upon, as well as dig into each character. Each week the students will be given a set amount of chapters to read before class. -We will start each class with a fun Kahoot, as an assessment on the weeks required reading. -It will be a mixture of minimum lecture and fun facilitation of a discussion about the book. Teacher expertise and credentials
I have 10 years teaching experience. I taught for 4 years in Texas for a traditional "brick and mortar" and have taught the past 6 years in a virtual environment in Tennessee. I have been certified to teach Middle School in both Texas and Tennessee.
When I became a teacher, I made the commitment to be the teacher I always wanted; an engaging teacher that connected with students and had fun while doing it. I love using humor and music in my class, and really enjoy helping students learn to love to learn.
