Description

Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
Students will improve their understanding of plot diagrams. We will look at key vocabulary words that are part of plots such as exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, and resolution. 
I attended college at A&M Commerce and I have a bachelor's degree in business and general studies. I have been teaching 4th-8th ELAR for 5 years now. I started off as an aid/substitute for a district while I was still attending school to get my bachelors degree so altogether I have 9 years of experience in the field.
Watch the assigned film for the week. 
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
We will have a group activity using blooket. 
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
During this class we will be using two platforms, Kahoot and Blooket, to answer plot questions over the assigned movie. Students don't need an account to participate.  Students will be provided with an access code to be entered into the website. 
We will use Kahoot and Blooket.

I will be teaching 3rd-6th grade ELAR. In this class students should expect to master concepts to help them individually succeed in their reading abilities. I attended college at A&M Commerce and I have been teaching 4th-8th ELAR for 5 years now....
