Description

Class Experience

Looking for an impressive, personalized and homemade gift? This class is for you! Join me as we create one of a kind "exploding" boxes. Perfect on their own, with added layers, or as a gift box. 

Students will be guided through how to cut, fold, and assemble a one layer exploding box. Next, students will personalize squares for their intended recipient. Finally, students will decorate and share their finished product. 

Please come to class with all required materials ready to go! We spend...

At least 2 sheets of 12 x 12 cardstock or scrapbook paper.
Square prompts, printed and cut OR photos cut to 3.5 inches by 3.5 inches.
Scissors, ruler, glue.
Something to write with.
Photo of the person who will be receiving the box.
Markers, stickers, extra paper, and anything else you want to decorate with.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Younger students may need help with the folding. Students will use scissors to complete this project.
