Come and explore the rich culinary history of Morocco! Morocco, a country in the north-western corner of Africa, is known for its delicious foods, including couscous and a variety of stews, which can include dried fruits and nuts. During this class, we will learn about the types of foods that are commonly eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as herbs and spices that are popular in Morocco. Moroccans love to celebrate religious holidays and special occasions with elaborate meals, and we will explore some of these.
