Calling yoga enthusiasts and meditation beginners alike! In this ongoing club course, students will meet before school for a short yoga and meditation session to start the day off right! We will begin with breathing exercises and mantra meditation before I lead yoga combinations and stretches. I will guide students through modifications and answer questions about the technique.
