Class Experience Children ages 6-9 gather together for this on-going, fun, circle time class reviewing the calendar, math, reading, and socialization skills. Circle Time Lesson Breakdown: 1) Welcome 2) Calendar Skills Days of the week, months of the year, seasons of the year and more 3) Math Skills Skip counting, math fact memorization, place value 4) Reading Skills Sight words, word families 5) Daily Themed Lesson Activities Each day we will have a fun learning activity to engage students and encourage socialization. Week of August 16: Back to School/Going to School Week of August 23: Apple Growing Week of August 30: Johnny Appleseed Week of September 6: Autumn Week of September 13: Fall Leaves 2021-2022 Calender MTWRF August 17- December 16 January 17- May 27 No Class on the Following Dates: Monday, August 16 Monday, September 6 Friday, December 17 Thursday, November 4 Thursday, March 3

Parental Guidance
Due to the young age of learners in this class, parents/guardians are encouraged to monitor their students during class time. However, adults are not allowed to participate in the class with the learner. Please note that you are solely responsible for your child's safety and well-being. Your instructor will not be responsible for an injury your child attains during or outside of our lesson time.
Class will begin promptly at the designated start time. Be sure to log in a little early to avoid technical issues. In order to provide good teaching practices, the instructor will not be able to help you with individual technology concerns.

I have worked as a classroom teacher in schools (K-12), dance studios and Homeschool. Most of my teaching experience lies in teaching reading, writing, and early childhood education.
