Moooove Over! Bovine Breeds from Around the World (FLEX)

***This is a self-guided, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE class with NO live meetings.***

In this class, we will take a trip around the world and discover the many different breeds of cows. We will learn how they are raised. What makes them unique? What products do they produce? There are so many peculiar and interesting breeds to discover and learn about!

Activities can include reading materials, videos and discussion questions. All coursework will be uploaded on Monday morning before noon. It is best if the student does the coursework in order of its posting.

Discussion Questions:
Each student should participate in discussion questions. These questions are designed to help each students think about why there are differences in cattle breeds? What makes them different? How do they benefit the human race?

Again, this is a FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE class and is dependent on each student participating and doing their assignments. I will be available through the classroom or by email. I strive to make sure I reply to all messages within a reasonable amount of time. Formal grades will not be given unless specifically asked for and arranged before the beginning of class.
