Each class will include a lesson about the topic and at least one hands-on experiment. Items required to participate in the experiment will be listed weekly for preparation and purchasing. Many of these items you may already have in your house/kitchen. Most Science experiments will need adult assistance or someone close by. Your child is not required to complete the experiment with us, they will be included either way. At Friendship Haven, our goal is for your child to gain the skills required for a lifetime of self-guided learning. As they show interest in different things around them, we will guide their curiosity with fun education. It is very important to me that your child feels supported and represented in our classes. At the beginning of our time together I will be emailing you an about me sheet. This sheet will help me learn about each student. I look forward to meeting you!
