Description
Class Experience
This will be a Montessori circle time class that will meet for one-time. We will be going over days of the week, months of the year, the seasons, and play Dr. Maria Montessori’s “Silence Game” towards the end of class. It will be important to talk with your child ahead of time about what the Silence Game means. It’s not merely just an act of being silent, but also listening to what else is going on in our own environments as well (birds chirping, cars moving/honking, airplanes flying over,...
Students will learn the days of the week, the months of the year, the seasons, and how to play the “Silence Game.”
If you have a calendar or pictures of seasons to share, feel free to bring those to class. But no materials are necessary for this class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
