Monsters of the Deep Camp - A Science and Art Adventure Into the Deep Ocean!
In this one week camp that will meet for five days we will study several "sea monsters" as we take notes and create art projects revolving around the animal of the day.

Description
Class Experience
Outside of class, students will need to create a drawing of their own fantastical sea creature. They will present this drawing on the last day of class and will tell their classmates about their creature.
1 file available upon enrollmentThe materials needed for this week long camp are as follows: - a multipage handout provided by the teacher - scissors - glue - markers, crayons, or colored pencils, - three Q-tips - 10 to 15 toothpicks - 5 pages of construction paper - any color except black - hole-punch - three colors of paint - any three that the student chooses will work - watercolor paints optional but adds a cool look
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
4 hours 10 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Students will be using scissors during out art activities. If your child needs help cutting, please supervise or cut out all items beforehand. Some of the items will be more difficult to cut out for younger learners.
