Monster Valentine Day! In this class we will read Groggle's Monster Valentine by Diana Murry. This is a story of a Monster who is making a Valentine for his friend but keeps eating all his hard work. This is a funny take on a valentine story. After reading the story we will make a heart shaped valentine just like in the story, but ours might have bugs, snakes, and lizards. The craft will teacher lead, so that each learner can see and participate in making the craft together. For this class you will need: A piece of paper markers scissors

Hello! My name is Nicole Dutzy. I have been a teacher for over 10 years. I taught Kindergarten and second grade. I have bachelor's in Early Childhood Education as well as a Masters in Educational Technology. Teaching students to love to school is a passion of mine.

Literacy skills focus ages 5-9. We will start each class with a book. We can learn so many things from a book. These literacy skills will taken us from Kindergarten to the end of first grade.
Circle time for ages 4-6. We will read a book, talk about the calendar, weather, math, and holidays.
Get Ready for Kindergarten Math 4-6. We will improve our math skills for kindergarten with hands on learning.
When I am not teaching I am with my family. I am married and have two boys ages 7 and 8 and a daughter who is 2. We are riding bikes, going to the park, playing baseball, or soccer.Reviews
