In this class, learners will be writing a monster story! This class will focus on writing details about a character that they create. The learners will also be guided with effective ways to develop characters for their stories. At the beginning of class, learners will be drawing a colorful monster that they create. Next, learners will be engaging in prewriting activities to develop their characters. At the end of class, learners will be writing a story about their monster. They will use the...
This class is taught in English.
Students will improve their ability to write a character profile for a fictional character.
Learners will need the following: *paper *markers or crayons *a pencil or a pen
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
