In this class students will learn the shapes: square, triangle, circle, rectangle, star, rhombus, hexagon, and trapezoid. They will use these shapes to create their own monster. They will be able to explain what shapes they used to create their monster. Students should be able to use scissors and glue independently or have a parent their to help them throughout the creating process. Students will be given several opportunities to identify shapes and interact with each other during this...

Learners may go on a scavenger hunt for shapes around their house or neighborhood (with a parent or guardian of course!)
1 file available upon enrollmentStudents should have several pages of colorful paper or markers, glue, and scissors.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
