NOTE: No previous experience with Mandarin Chinese required. Come and have fun! 😊❤️ Curious about Mandarin? Want to become fluent? Why not dive right into conversational Mandarin? This class will attempt to mimic growing up in a Mandarin-speaking household. Because this is a better way to learn. Here's what we're going to do, come join me! 1. Basic greetings: Hello / good morning / good afternoon / good night / see you soon 2. I'm hungry. Can I have something to eat? 3. Can I have a glass of water, please? 4. I'm going to the bathroom / I'm sleepy / I'm tired. 5. I have homework to do tonight. 8. I'd like to go outside for a walk. 9. Role playing: I'm X years old, how old are you? What grade are you in? What's your favorite food? 10. We hate to say goodbye, but we know we'll see each other again, so let's learn how to say goodbye in Mandarin! Monster Mandarin started as a proof of concept -- we asked ourselves: could we create our very own custom, play-based Mandarin class. That class turned into a set of classes, a program, and eventually a curriculum.
We've built a team of the most talented, bilingual educators who are designing and building the most innovative learning products for your kids. Our goal is to make learning as fun and enjoyable as possible, so that kids all over the world can expand their minds.
We're based in Santa Monica, California, but as our customers and partners know, we teach anywhere someone wants to learn Mandarin. We have now taught Mandarin Chinese to kids in 4 countries, 6 states, and 25 cities.
