Do you like K-pop? Do you like Korean TV shows? Have you wondered what it is on the music videos, what place it is on the TV shows, or what they're doing there? Let's go have one time class journey to modern Korea with me, a native Korean teacher who is fluent in both Korean and English, lived in Korea for 28 years and just moved to the US 3 months ago. It's going to be so much fun to see how the life is in Korea! We're going to work with slides I make. I'll share the pictures I took in Korea with the students, explain each subject to the learners and share our opinions about it. In this class, we're going to concentrate on modern life in Korea-such as what the cities look like, transportation, convenient mart culture, food culture including delivery culture, and entertaining culture for teenagers in Korea. You don't need any background knowledge to take this class. I offer another class titled "Introduction of Korean Culture & Language," so please take that class if you are interested in traditional architectures, clothes, food, and language in Korea, and you can take following language classes if you're interested in learning Korean! This class doesn't require any background knowledge to take. Feel free to join and let's have a fun time! I'm a native Korean speaker who lived in Korea for 28 years and majored in biology. I'm fluent in Korean and English both. I got perfect score in Korean language, math and science sections in the Korean SAT. I have experience working in college press and thesis correction in Korea. I have taught Korean language to Korean students for college entrance exams and non-native students for more than 7 years.
