Modern Calligraphy + Drawing Class: Bloom Where You Are Planted Wall Art Class

This is another class offering in my inspirational wall art series. We will use our hand lettering skills to create an art piece that is a perfect reminder to make the best of where we are.  We will be practicing the ombre fading effect inside our calligraphy letters. It's fun and a new great skill to add to any beginner or advanced hand-letters' toolkit. We can also add shading with lighter colors around our flower to create depth and excitement. 

Students will be guided step-by-step and given creative liberty to change and adapt their compositions as we draw together. 

Card stock is preferred (but not required) for this class as we’re aiming to create a sturdy wall-art piece. Students can also choose color options they prefer most. 

***Please note, some students may not have time to finish coloring their card in class depending on their optimal drawing speed. I will work at a steady pace and frequently gage where students are at during the lesson. It is my goal to help them finish their drawing, but sometimes this doesn’t allow for coloring completion before class is over. Thank you for understanding.***
