Description

Class Experience

Modeling Clay has sparked creativity and imagination in children of all ages for years! Join this fun and interactive one time class and practice using fine motor skills while making modeling clay letters.

Students should come to class with several colors of modeling clay, play foam or dough. I will begin class with an introduction and then we will start rolling and making letters. We will make several letters and we'll make the first letter of everyone's name! We will also name the colors...

In this class students will have fun making modeling clay letters and showing the class. Students will practice taking turns, asking questions, and using their fine motor skills.

No homework

  1 file available upon enrollment- Several colors of modeling clay, play foam or dough.
- Alphabet letter printout (optional).
- Other items to add, like feathers, eyes, beads, or pipe cleaners (optional).
- A pan or plate to help hold up your letter to show the class.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

No Assessments

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
