Description
Class Experience
In this 9-week course, we will cover a combination of Common Core standards from all disciplines and 21st-century skills. This course is appropriate for all skill levels. Students will be able to investigate and analyze new and existing interests. Each class will begin with a mini-lesson reviewing a Common Core standard or 21st-century skill. The work period will be divided into small group/partner work and individual work. Each student will be responsible for their portion of each project....
Students will learn to collaborate, research, and create digital products while reviewing Common Core Standards.
Students may work outside class on their projects if they need additional time.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Students will receive rubric-based grades for each project and an average grade for the course.
2 hours 45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students will pick their own topics for some of the assignments. If you would like to set content restrictions for any reason, speak with your students and send me a message
