Description

Class Experience

In this one time class, students will draw and color a vase then fill it full of fingerprint hyacinths for Mother's Day. 

Students will write a letter, poem, or anything special to mom on the back of their painting before we begin.
Once students have writing their special notes, we will start our art on the front.

We will use crayons or colored pencils and decorate a vase.
We will then draw stems and leaves for our flowers.
We will put a little of each color paint on our palette.

Acrylic paint - most hyacinths are pink, blue, purple, or white but any color learners choose.
Crayons or colored pencils
Paint palette
Paper towels for wiping paint from fingers
Sheet of white, beige, or any light color card stock
Pencil
