Students will then add to their essay outline by writing two main ideas for their body-paragraphs. Students will add information from the sources in lesson 2 to their essay outline. They will finish the lesson by outlining their conclusion paragraph. Students will improve their understanding and application of writing effective sentences in a basic 5-paragraph essay.
I have 13+ years of teaching English in 6th-12th grade. I have 4+ years of teaching English at the Post-Secondary level. I hold my Master's (MA) in Secondary English Education with an emphasis in English. I hold my Bachelors (BA) in Secondary English Education with and emphasis in Structured English Immersion.
Homework Offered
Each week student's homework will be to watch and work through the steps and tasks of each video-guided lesson. Each lesson has a submission task to be reviewed for teacher feedback (optional).0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
