Class Experience

Christmas is here! Get out your decorations, and come celebrate with age-appropriate games and themed story time. This exciting, socially distanced celebration brings all the fun and silliness your little one wants right to your home!

I am a certified childhood educator with a background in dance and movement. I have a bachelor’s degree from The University of North Carolina where I studied history as well as education and modern/contemporary dance. I have experience teaching dance, ballet, gymnastics, and movement with the YMCA of WNC and Asheville Community Movement Gymnastics Center. No supplies are needed for this class.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

This is a secular winter holiday class. North Pole characters such as Santa, Rudolph, and Frosty the Snowman will be used; however, this class will not discuss or use material from the religious aspects of the holidays. Please be advised that active games can cause injury. Learners will need space to move around.
