Description

Class Experience

Students
- will set daily intentions and goals for the day (encourages focus)
- will form healthier habits (improves mindfulness)
- will learn to be more present (reduces stress, anxiety and worry)
- will learn to take the time each morning for themselves (promotes self-care)
Parents, please make sure there is a quiet place for your child to take this class. Headphones are encouraged to reduce outside noise for the class. Please have students ready with a journal and pen.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour 15 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
