Crafty Phonics Seasonal Club
We will create fun weekly crafts, review sounds/blends, and play games. Themes include holidays, seasons, and more with a variety of sound targets. Week of 4-1-24 we will make Paper Plate Joking Dinosaurs and talk about the J sound.

In this ongoing class, we will use common craft supplies to make a new seasonal or holiday themed craft each week and learn a new phonics sound or blend. Our class will begin with a greeting and an introduction to the phonics sound/blend and craft theme for the week. Learners will enjoy working on their crafts, talking about the holiday or seasonal theme of the week, and then sharing their creations. We will talk about lots of vocabulary words with the phonics sound/blend of the week while we work. If there is time at the end of class, or if we need to wait for something to dry in between steps, we will play a game that goes with the seasonal or holiday theme of the week. Two weeks worth of supply lists will be posted here at least a week before class starts. This class supply list will be continuously updated to reflect the next 2 weeks of projects.
