In this ongoing club, learners will have the opportunity to explore a new topic each week. We will talk about speaking confidently, slowly, and clearly while we learn new vocabulary and play games.

I have been a speech-language pathologist for over 20 years and I love helping kids communicate clearly. I have also been involved in 4-H for over 30 years, first as a member and now as an advisor. I have learned many public speaking skills that I look forward to sharing in this class.

Outside materials are normally not necessary for this class. On the rare occasion that they will be needed, learners will be notified a week in advance and reminders will be sent. Follow up activities will be sent through the classroom after each class.

No parental guidance is necessary for this class - our topics will be age appropriate and I will avoid controversial issues.
