Class Experience: Hello Artists! I am Ms. Ally and I can’t wait to meet you! I am so passionate about Art and Crafting. I have experience working with children and youth of all ages. In my art classes I will show you techniques such as shadowing, blending and how to create dimension in your paintings, we will also work on creating new colors with mixing the colors you have. In this class we will begin with introductions, a supply check list and I will be guiding you 100 % of the way. Along our adventure creating this painting, students will be introduced to perspective, brush and painting skills that will be utilized well in all painting classes in the future. I will be using acrylic paint during this class 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 These include but are not limited to: using shapes to create creating dimension fun facts about painting mixing colors blending colors shadowing with paint cleaning your brush while painting My teaching style is very laid back and I enjoy open discussion time.
Learning Goals
Children at all age levels can benefit from painting. Painting enhances creativity, increases fine motor skills and teaches children color recognition and hues.

pencils Paint brushes large medium small acrylic, watercolor paint, colored pencils, markers or crayons blue white green brown black pink or red orange paint cup to clean brushes paint cloth or paper towels Canvas, canvas board, paper or wood no larger then 10x12 a blow dryer if paint is not drying if you have any questions please send me a message
