Minions Movement! Join the most mischievous and fun workout adventure club ever – the Minion Mayhem, Despicable Me Workout Adventure Club! This exciting, high-energy class is inspired by all four Despicable Me movies. Get ready to embark on a fitness journey with Gru, the girls, and, of course, those adorable and hilarious Minions! Each week, we’ll dive into a new theme from the Despicable Me universe, combining elements of fitness, fun, and creativity. Here’s what to expect: -5-10 minutes of socialization -warm-up (safety first!) -themed mission/workout of the week -videos, games, adventure - run, jump, play, imagine, share, learn real exercises, LAUGH, play games, make friends! Workouts will include (BASED ON LEARNER INPUT! NO SET SCHEDULE!) Gru’s Training Camp Kick off the adventure with a workout inspired by Gru's secret training routines. Learn agility moves, strength exercises, and endurance drills that even a supervillain would approve of! Minion Mischief Get ready for some Minion madness! This week, we’ll incorporate silly, fun-filled exercises and games that mimic the Minions' wacky antics. Expect lots of laughs and tons of movement! El Macho’s Fiesta Channel your inner El Macho with energetic Latin-inspired dance workouts. This week is all about having a blast while learning some awesome dance moves that will get your heart pumping! Dr. Nefario’s Lab Workout Step into Dr. Nefario's lab and get moving! Minions on the Run Prepare for an adventure-packed workout as we reenact some of the most thrilling chase scenes from the movies. Run, jump, and dodge your way through fun obstacle courses! Anti-Villain League Training Join the ranks of the Anti-Villain League with specialized fitness training. Learn superhero moves and strength-building exercises to keep you in top shape for any mission! Battle of Bratt Take on the retro vibes and funky workout routines inspired by Balthazar Bratt! Minions Vacation Join the Minions on a virtual vacation adventure. We'll incorporate beach-themed workouts and games that bring the fun of a Minions getaway right to your home! Minions in Space Blast off with space-themed workouts that will take you to new heights. Jump like you’re on the moon, dodge meteors, and train like an astronaut with out-of-this-world exercises! AND MORE! Perfect for kids who love Despicable Me and want to stay active and healthy. Exercises, games, and challenges inspired by the movies, what could be more fun?! No prior experience or supplies are needed – just bring your energy, enthusiasm, water, a small space and a big smile! Learning Goals
Through our activities, children can improve their gross motor skills, including strength, balance, and coordination. Combining exercise/dance moves with songs to make movement enjoyable for children, helping them build stamina, strength, and flexibility.
We also focus on important developmental skills like leadership, teamwork, and confidence.

Parental Guidance
Parental guidance is suggested just to make sure your child is staying hydrated and resting when needed. But don't worry we always warm up and take plenty of group water and breathing breaks! We will use these rest times to get to know one another and play interactive games.
