Let's MOVE! This class is open to both new and experienced dancers and movers. It's a great way to start the day or take a brain break! Join anytime! Learners will follow along to basic movements while also having the opportunity to be creative and freestyle! Class will encourage good mobility, balance, coordination and musicality! Class also includes four coloring sheets! The teacher will demonstrate a few moves and then we will use them as we dance to each song. Learners will have a chance to freestyle and be creative if they like! Movements will promote balance, stretching and active movement while practicing listening skills and following directions. Positive encouragement will be given throughout class. THE MOVES ARE VERY BASIC and we will NOT be learning full dance routines! *This class is open to all ages and abilities! **PARENTS: *All music will be age appropriate. *This class has a flexible age range. MOVES ARE BASIC BUT MAY BE FAST and require PRACTICE! *This class is pre-recorded videos. *This class has TWO video segments each approx. 15 minutes. *Pre-recorded Classes are great for busy schedules as you can do them at a time that is best for your schedule. You can also pause and go back if you need a step repeated or more time to practice each part of the dance. *This class gives a SAMPLE of movements for various songs from kids shows. If you are looking for something more involved and focused on one longer routine please check out my other classes. (I have a full Disney Ballet Self-paced class as well an ENCANTO Dance Self-paced class). Learning Goals
Dance helps with focus, discipline and listening skills. Learners will be able to get up and move while practicing dance skills to fun, upbeat music!Your child will learn basic dance moves while practicing musicality and listening skills. Dance movements are excellent for improving mobility, balance and coordination!

Please provide a safe space for your child to learn. DO NOT HAVE CLASS ON SLIPPERY FLOOR OR WHERE THINGS CAN GET BUMPED into or BROKE! This class promotes moving! We will do some running, jumping and skipping! Be Safe!
