Mini Monster Multiplication: An Intro Kindergarteners & 1st Graders
What's included
2 live meetings
50 mins in-class hoursHomework
While this class doesn't assign traditional homework, learners will receive a take-home worksheet designed to reinforce the multiplication concepts covered in class. The worksheet is interactive and playful, intended to keep the fun going even after the class is over. Alongside the worksheet, a short video will be provided to guide parents and learners on how to make the most out of the worksheet activities. The aim is to offer an extension of our class time together, offering additional practice in a joyful way that complements the in-class experience. Expect the worksheet activities to take around 15-20 minutes to complete. This optional "home-play" is perfect for both individual learning and family engagement.Assessment
In this class, we focus on making learning fun and engaging rather than putting pressure on the learners through formal assessments or quizzes. Progress is assessed informally through in-class participation, games, and activities. Learners are encouraged to interact, and I'll provide gentle, positive feedback throughout the course to help them understand the material better. We'll also have a "Monster Creation" activity at the end of the course, where each learner can create their own multiplication monster based on the concepts they've grasped. This provides a hands-on, creative way to gauge understanding without the stress of formal assessments.Class Experience
