Description

Class Experience

We will be learning about investing in the stock market, incorporate weekly business news, and have time for Questions & Answers (Q&A).  The students will learn the material through lectures, slides, class discussion and videos.  A certificate will be given to students by request. This class is on an 8 week rolling calendar. 


Week# 1 (Stocks and Bonds) (January 19th 1 p.m. pacific)

Students will improve their understanding about investing.

I have taught financial literacy including economics, real estate, and investing in securities for over 10 years.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

I will be giving homework and would like the students to track individual stocks and the overall market.
