Class experience
In this course I will teach learners the introduction to the cosmetology world with 3 topics. Topics that will be covered are hair cutting, hair coloring, hair washing/styling. My class structure has 2 main phases. The first phase is classroom learning, this phase will be all about the introduction to hair. Learners will learn techniques on how to color, cut, wash, and style hair. ~Mannequin will be needed 1st Class- Introduction/ Understanding Materials 2nd Class-Coloring/Washing Hair 3rd Class- Cutting Hair 4th Class- Styling Hair Sessions repeat after 4th class. 2 Main Hair Cuts ( Trimming, Layers, )

📃Materials that will be needed are as followed: 1 Mannequin Head (Human hair recommended) 4 Hair clips 1 Rat tail comb or any comb on hand Shampoo and Conditioner Blow dryer Paddle brush / Round Brush Dry towel 2 big bowls (For hair washing) 1 Mannequin head stand 1 Hair Shears (Hair cutting scissors) Spray bottle
Learner's safety is my #1 priority, parent or guardian must be in attendance when your child is using the hair dryer and shears (scissors) for safety precautions. Tools that will be needed will be used for the benefit of the child to get a hands-on experience on how to maintain and have fun by learning about hair. Materials can be purchased online or at your local hair store of your choice.
Materials can be purchased at your local hair stores or by purchasing them online. When shopping for the materials it is your choice on where to buy the products, just a reminder please understand that a mannequin head with human hair is recommended.
