Homemade Meat Loaf  and 3 Ingredient chocolate cherry dump cake
2lbs meat of your choice
1/2 cup of oats
2 eggs
Seasonings of your choice

3 Ingredient chocolate cherry dump cake
2 cans of cherry pie filling
1 box of chocolate cake mix
3/4 cup of butter

Chicken Enchiladas/No Bake Strawberry IceBox
8 flour tortillas soft shell size
2.5 cups shredded chicken I love to buy a rotisserie chicken and shred that up!
½ cup black beans
½ cup corn
1 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
2 small cans of red enchilada sauce
4 oz cheddar cheese shredded, divided
4 oz Monterey Jack cheese shredded  and divided
Cilantro for garnish

2- 8oz of cool whip thawed
1 1/2 lbs of strawberries
1 1/2 cups of graham crackers

1 pound ground turkey or ground beef or chicken

1 cup corn canned, fresh, or frozen & thawed
1 ½ cups shredded cheese - cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Mexican blend

1 cup elbow macaroni (uncooked)

1 small onion (diced)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
28 oz diced tomatoes (canned)
6 oz tomato paste
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups Colby jack cheese (shredded)

1 14-15 ounce box graham crackers
2 3.4 ounce boxes of instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups cold whole milk
7-ounce jar of marshmallow fluff/creme
8-ounce tub Cool Whip defrosted at room temperature
10-ounce bag of mini marshmallows
1 Hershey's Chocolate Bar optional - chopped or grated
½ cup Chocolate Sauce optional - drizzle

Cheesy Dorito Chicken Casserole/ Lemon Sugar Cookies
3 cups chicken cooked and shredded
15oz. bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
1 cup sour cream
2 (10 oz.) cans of condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10oz.) can Diced tomatoes and green chilies (Rotel) drained
1 (15oz.) can whole kernel corn drained
1 (15oz.) can black beans rinsed and drained
1 oz. package taco seasoning
2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

2½ cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1½ cups sugar
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature (2 sticks)
2 eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon lemon juice
¼ cup sugar, for rolling

Chicken Taco Rice/Banana Pudding
 chicken breasts (approx 4 breasts) sliced 1cms thick
3 tbsps olive oil
2 cups brown rice (uncooked) makes about 3.5 cups when cooked- cook it in your rice cooker,  on the stove your preferred method
1 carrot grated
1 cup frozen corn kernels
1 cup frozen pea kernels
1 onion diced (I used a red onion)
½ cup fresh coriander leaves only, chopped roughly.
juice of one lime
Spice Mix
½ teaspoon cumin ground
½ teaspoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon oregano dried
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt

5 large ripe/overripe bananas about  (2 lb) unpeeled 
 butter melted (2 oz) (1/3 cup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
(4 oz) (1/2 cup) r granulated white sugar) (4 oz) (1/2 cup)
1 egg beaten
plain white flour (4 oz) (7/8 cup)

Homemade BBQ Chicken/ Chocolate Poke Cake
2 lbs of cut of chicken
1/2 cup of Ketchup
2 Teaspoons of Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar.

FOR CAKE:

15-25 ounce chocolate fudge cake mix
3.9-ounce instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
½ cup sour cream

FILLING:
14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup hot fudge sauce

CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM:
2 cups whipping cream
½ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup + 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon
