I've been teaching children for almost 20 years now and have a BA from CSU and teaching children was a part of the curriculum. I have been teaching my children how to play Minecraft and other games on several different devices for years and have been an active gamer for my entire life. I have knowledge from the wiki and the ability to help children understand the basics of crafting, resource gathering and base building.
Welcome to Yoshi's Survival Realms. This class works for MCPE (Pocket Edition), Xbox, PS4, iPad, Switch, and PC (it can work for Mac if you have the Bedrock launcher). Class will be Hosted on Realms (you do not need a realms account). *You will need a Microsoft Profile account on XBOX.com (the website not the device) DETAILS LISTED BELOW Join together in playing in the same world each week. We will work together, develop communication strategies and have fun! You'll need to go to the link below, click 'PRIVACY AND ONLINE SAFETY' and check the following settings: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/online-safety/manage-app-privacy-settings-xbox-one 1. Go to Xbox.com and sign in to your account (PARENT ACCOUNT) 2. Select your gamertag. 3. Select Xbox settings. If you don't see this option, select More links and then select Xbox settings. 4. Select Privacy & online safety. 5. Select either the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety tab or the Privacy tab. Review the current settings and update any that you want to change: PRIVACY TAB: A. See other people's Xbox Live profiles: FRIENDS B. Others can see your Xbox profile details: FRIENDS C. Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites: FRIENDS D. SUBMIT OR SAVE XBOX ONE/WINDOWS 10 ONLINE SAFETY TAB A. You can create and join clubs: ALLOW B. You can join multiplayer games: ALLOW C. You can add friends: ALLOW D. SUBMIT OR SAVE XBOX 360 ONLINE SAFETY: A. Accept Friend Requests: ALLOW *if this is not allowed the parent will need to approve the friend request for each friend added B. SUBMIT OR SAVE 6.
