This Minecraft gaming club will bring players together once a week to play Minecraft survival multiplayer (SMP) and work together to defeat the ender dragon and make new friends along the way! We will appropriately converse in relations to Minecraft, video games, hobbies, and other topics! I play alongside my students and encourage them to discuss their ideas and tips amongst each other through productive dialogue. These sessions will be held on a private Minecraft server created by me and the server will be put on a private-whitelist. This means that no one can get on the server without my approval. Once a parent/guardian enrolls their student in the class, I will request the name of the student's Minecraft username which I will then add to the server's whitelist database. This allows students to join the server successfully. Online safety is my number one priority for all of my students.
