Lesson 1
Cosmic Creation
We will learn the basics on how to get started in Minecraft using Tynker. We will import a Minecraft world and learn to personalize the player’s skin using Tynker’s skin editor. We will also learn to activate a dispenser block using a basic Redstone circuit. Learning Objectives: - Understand the Tynker Skin Editor Interface - Learn to collect items from the Minecraft Chest - Learn to create simple circuits using Redstone dust - Learn to use sensors to trigger events in Minecraft
Lesson 2
Base Builder
We will be introduced to Tynker coding. We will learn how to use code blocks to determine a location and build large structures in the Minecraft world. We will also learn to connect Tynker with Minecraft. Learning Objectives: - Understand the Tynker Mod Editor Interface - Learn to build structures in Minecraft using Mod Editor - Create 3D structures in Minecraft using in-built "build" function
Lesson 3
Galactic Miner
We will be introduced to the process of mining while we learn to use a furnace to extract important resources. Additionally, we will also learn to build a transport system in the Minecraft world using rails and minecart. Learning Objectives: - Learn to mine and collect blocks - Learn to build transporation system in Minecraft - Learn to process ore and extract usable material
Lesson 4
Raising the Citadel
We will learn about functions and parameters as they reuse code to build a structure. Additionally, we will learn how to remove structures by replacing Minecraft blocks with air blocks. Learning Objectives: - Learn to build structures using Tynker bot - Learn to change direction and location of the tynker bot - Learn to use compass in Minecraft

Lesson 5
Defense Tower
We will be introduced to code blocks that summon multiple mobs at once. Additionally, we will learn to shoot potions from a dispenser block by activating it using a lever and Redstone dust. Learning Objectives: - Learn to shoot mobs using dispenser - Learn to spawn multiple mobs using code - Change game mode and day/time using code
Lesson 6
A Transformation Tale
We will summon multiple mobs at once. We will also learn to activate a sticky piston block using a basic Redstone circuit. Learning Objectives: - Learn to build traps using dispenser
Lesson 7
Ultra Excavator
We will build an effective trap using a TNT cannon and a moat to protect the citadel from the army of zombies. We will also learn to use the repeater in a creative way to activate a TNT block. Learning Objectives: - Learn to build a TNT cannon - Remove blocks using code - Understand the properties of slime block and use it - Learn to build Redstone powered mechanism
Lesson 8
Agro-Tech Adventure
We will build an effective trap using a TNT cannon and a moat to protect the citadel from the army of zombies. We will also learn to use the repeater in a creative way to activate a TNT block. Learning Objectives: - Learn to build a TNT cannon - Remove blocks using code - Understand the properties of slime block and use it - Learn to build Redstone powered mechanism
Minecraft Bedrock Edition is required for this program and it requires a Microsoft account to play.

In this class, the student is expected to have the Minecraft Bedrock version installed on their system before joining the class. Bedrock version only works on the Windows PC. If you are using a Mac/Chromebook it is recommended to install Minecraft on a second device such as an iPad/tab.
We will share the step-by-step guide to install Minecraft and account creation.
In case you encounter any challenges while installing Minecraft, we will be more than happy to assist you.

The teacher will be able to see the username/gamertag of the student during the class.
