Class Experience

Minecraft builders will come together in this challenge-style course that will ignite their imaginations and give them the opportunity to collaborate and build with other Minecraft enthusiasts.

**Build challenges updated as of July 2021**

*Minecraft Bedrock edition is required for this course. Java edition is NOT supported*

Our first class will consist of introductions among students and fun icebreakers to allow students to get to know one another. We will discuss each learner’s background...

Upon completion of our 10 week course, students will:
-Discuss and describe their worlds and builds with classmates
-Collaborate in small groups or pairs to imagine and build their assigned structures
-Demonstrate proper online and small group etiquette by offering helpful input to group mates
-Design and construct their structures
-Show their builds to classmates and answer questions to justify their builds

Students will need Minecraft Bedrock edition to participate in this course.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:Minecraft

2 hours per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
