Class Experience

Minecraft Bedrock Edition

Students will meet, game, and socialize with other Minecraft players. Students will be able to play on devices that are compatible with Bedrock. Students will build based upon a challenge each week. Some challenges will encourage small groups or whole class, while others will encourage students to build independently. Learners will also share tips and tricks with one another as we play.

Students will need to share their gaming tag with the teacher. This will allow students to join the teacher's private realm. This ensures that only students will be able to join the realm.

Other Details

Parental Guidance
Students will need to download the Minecraft Bedrock Edition prior to class. https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/get-minecraft Additional Notes: Students will need to have the app downloaded to the device they will be playing on. Students may Zoom and play on one device but it works best if they play on a different device than they Zoom on if they are mobile. Students will need a device to game on and would benefit from a second device to Zoom on if playing on mobile. Gamer tags will be required for the class, so adults/learners will need to message gamer tags directly through a private message. Any Gamer tags posted to the classroom will be deleted.
