Welcome to Minecraft Dungeons with Yoshi. This class requires the game: MINECRAFT DUNGEONS -Please make sure you have completed the xbox.com profile and privacy setting setup before class as outlined in the Supply List Below. -Class will be Hosted in either Yoshi's world or your world. Invites are sent to one another in class. Join together and help one another beat different levels. We will share gear and work on helping level each others characters up. We will split up into teams of 4, develop communication strategies and have fun! Each student will join a team and work together to progress through all the level difficulties. *Breakout rooms may be used for Focus groups Topics: Week 1 May 25th: Soggy Cave Week 2 June 1st: Pumpkin Fields Week 3 June 8th: Redstone Mines Week 4 June 15th: Desert Temple

Welcome to Minecraft Dungeons with Yoshi's *You will need a Microsoft Profile account on XBOX.com (the website not the device) DETAILS LISTED BELOW *Your Gamer tag will need to be share with the Teacher to gain access to shared content Join together in playing in the same world each week. We will work together, develop communication strategies and have fun! You'll need to go to the link below, click 'PRIVACY AND ONLINE SAFETY' and check the following settings: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/online-safety/manage-app-privacy-settings-xbox-one 1. Go to Xbox.com and sign in to your account (PARENT ACCOUNT over the age of 14) 2. Select your Gamer tag. 3. Select Xbox settings. If you don't see this option, select More links and then select Xbox settings. 4. Select Privacy & online safety. 5. Select either the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety tab or the Privacy tab. Review the current settings and update any that you want to change: PRIVACY TAB: A. See other people's Xbox Live profiles: FRIENDS B. Others can see your Xbox profile details: FRIENDS C. I've been teaching children for almost 20 years now and have a BA from CSU and teaching children was a part of the curriculum. I have been teaching my children how to play Minecraft and other games on several different devices for years and have been an active gamer for my entire life.
I have knowledge from the wiki and the ability to help children understand the basics of crafting, resource gathering and base building.
