Hello! I'm so happy you've decided to come and build with us! In this camp style course, we will spend an amazing month and a half together building a village from the bottom up as a cooperative, student-driven adventure! We will have optional live meetings in order to connect, brainstorm about our village and interact with one another. So, how will this work? Hello! I have been an English and History teacher over the past decade. I love video games, and have two very avid Minecrafters (aside from myself).
Students are expected to work on whatever project has been assigned for the week.
Students will need the Bedrock edition of Minecraft in order to take part in this class. The Java edition is not going to work with this class. Please make sure you check the edition of the game you are using.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No live meetings, and an estimated 2 - 4 hours per week outside of class.
