OVERVIEW:
In this ongoing class, students will explore the exciting world of Minecraft by building and battling! Students will use their creativity to construct forts, arenas, traps and more in Minecraft before testing them in epic PVP (player vs player) and PVE (player vs environment) battles. Each week, students will face new challenges, from defending their structures to battling waves of mobs, all in a fun, social environment.

This class is designed for Minecraft enthusiasts of all levels—beginners, intermediates, and advanced—who enjoy both building and competitive gameplay. Each student can participate at their own skill level, and the flexible format allows students to continue their builds from previous sessions or start fresh each week.

Note: There will be no coding in this class. If you're interested in learning how to code in Minecraft, check out our other Minecraft coding classes.

EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience with PVP or Minecraft battles is required. This class is suitable for students who have some familiarity with Minecraft’s basic mechanics but are looking for a fun, structured way to play and learn with others.

REQUIREMENTS:
This class uses Minecraft Education Edition, a free application for which we will provide you with the necessary login credentials. Please ensure the game is installed and running properly before the class begins. For the best experience, it’s recommended to use two devices: one for playing Minecraft and the other for attending the class via Zoom. Minecraft Education Edition is available on Windows, Chromebook, Mac, and iPad (other tablets are not supported).

ATTENDANCE and REFUND POLICY:
Missed classes are not eligible for refunds. As spots are limited and can’t be filled once taken, this policy ensures fairness for all students and teachers. Teachers will wait for 10 minutes for students to join the class before closing out the session. No make-up classes will be offered for missed sessions.
