Class Experience

Learners will practice awareness and offer themselves self-compassion, allowing them to better live without self-judgment and doubt while learning to remain positive, curious, and non-judgmental.
I am extremely passionate about yoga and meditation. Integrating mindfulness into each day has been life-changing for me and I love sharing these techniques with others. I am a certified yoga teacher of 10 years. I currently teach yoga and meditation in my local community.
