In this quarterly small group course, students will engage in discussions, self-reflection, and learn ways to adopt a positive mindset, set goals for themselves, and interact with their peers while learning more about mindfulness.

Class Experience

I am a certified teacher in many subject areas including ELA, science, elementary education, ESOL, physical education (to include health education) and I have taught social skills and life skills elective classes as well as anger management courses.

I also have a degree in psychology with an emphasis in life coaching. I provide life coaching to adolescents and adults to help them adopt a healthy and happy mindset, gain self-confidence, become more aware of their daily habits and practices, and make positive choices for the lives and towards their goals. 
Guardians will receive a summary after each class.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
