Beginner Level
To develop self-awareness and self-regulation skills towards a peaceful and happy life.
Teacher holds a B.A. in psychology, an M.A. in Liberal Studies, is a Yoga & Meditation college professor, holds the highest credentials from the Yoga Alliance as a Teacher and lead Yoga Teacher Trainer, and is also a Yoga therapist.   She is an experienced teacher in the fields of Yoga, Breathing, Meditation and Happiness both privately and for Outschool families.
Homework Offered
Learner is encouraged to practice the techniques learned as needed between classes.

Assessments Offered
Informally, with a review at the end of class and follow up each week.
