Description
Class Experience
In this class, students learn to become aware of their emotions and manage them in a calmer manner. They learn to recognize what is going on inside them. This means recognizing when they are growing angry, frustrated, or worried. It is the important part of mindfulness that we will explore in this class. Every week I read a short story about our daily life that may happen at school or home, utilizing a mindfulness book (Mindfulness for Kids by Carole P. Roman and J. Robin Albertson-Waren),...
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
