Class Experience
No need to purchase any material. I will suggest some books to read and use my website and Facebook page if they look for more studies, research on the Mindfulness subject.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
