I teach mindfulness techniques, affirmations, and creative adventures for calmer, kinder, more confident kids. Take 45 minutes out of the day to relax and focus on a mindful drawing activity that promotes a heightened sense of wellbeing.

Class Experience

US Grade 2 - 5
Class will begin with a mindful activity, short discussion, and then we will begin creating! 

We will leave room at the end of every class to share our finished projects. Techniques will be shared to best enhance each student's artwork. After class, students can share their art with family and friends or continue working to produce another creative masterpiece. Everyone is welcome!

Supplies needed each week will come from the following list:

Paper (colored construction paper a plus!)
Color pencils and/or markers
Scissors

If additional supplies are needed, a reminder will be posted in the classroom before class.
