Miss Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive Psychology from Florida State University. She has been teaching Mindfulness practices for over five years - helping her students to develop greater self-awareness, concentration, productivity, and personal peace/happiness.
Students should continue to practice and utilize the skills they learn in class in their daily lives.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Parents are advised to help their students practice the Mindfulness skills they learn in this class at home. I teach Mindfulness in a completely secular way - not attached to any religion.
