Class Experience

As a result of participating in this class, students will be able to:

1. Define mindfulness.
2. Explore the relationship of mindfulness and the brain. 
3. Engage in three different mindfulness practices. 
4. Identify ways in which the practice of mindfulness may be beneficial in their own lives. 
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
