This is a movement based class. Please provide space to move and water if you see necessary. Please watch your child as this class requires some stamina and balance. Outschool and I are not responsible for any injuries. Optional: During the meditation, students may place a stuffed animal on their lap. Again this is optional but may help some young learners focus better.
Learners are assessed based on engagement and understanding. There is exploration of the emotions physically, verbally and through slings to ensure all students can grasp concepts. Lessons are driven by students engagement and understanding. I will differentiate lessons for students and always ensure all students are comorehending.
