Paper, art supplies (paper, paint, pens, pencils, etc.) Gratitude jar supplies: plastic jar (like an old peanut butter jar or craft jar) Any items to decorate jar (you could even hot glue crayons all the way around for a colorful design!) Make sure your learner has a safe, open space to practice the gentle yoga movements. Supervision advised to prevent potential injuries. Supervision also advised during gratitude jar craft due to use of scissors, hot glue, super glue.
